Why I sell this coast
I moved to Jan Juc for the waves in 2012 and never left. Most of my buyers are doing the same thing: trading the city for space, salt air and a better weekend.
That means I know exactly what they’re looking for, and what makes them pay more for it. It’s rarely the kitchen. It’s the light, the walk to the beach and the feeling at 5pm on a Friday.

Coastal markets swing with the seasons, so I price on recent sales, not on last summer’s hype. Every appraisal shows the sales I used, side by side with yours.
If your home needs work to sell well, I’ll tell you which jobs pay off and which don’t. Then I’ll call you every Friday until it’s sold.
